1. Sources
Pricing: scraped from public pricing pages of each platform, weekly. The "Verified [month year]" badge shows the last successful scrape.
Tax rules: primary sources only — IRS (US), HMRC (UK), Estonia RIK, UAE Federal Tax Authority (Federal Decree-Law 47/2022), Singapore IRAS, Hong Kong IRD, Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı). We cite the specific statute or regulation.
Foreign exchange: OpenExchangeRates.org, refreshed daily.
2. AI assistance
We use large language models (Google Gemini) to draft matrix-cell explanations, comparison summaries, and FAQ answers. Every AI output passes structured guards before publication: jurisdictional legal-term validation, banned marketing-phrase filters, character-limit checks, and audience-specific tax-rule citations.
AI-drafted content is clearly marked with a "Verified" date and every legal claim is traceable to the source cited in the page footer.
3. Corrections
If you find an error — outdated pricing, incorrect tax citation, broken affiliate link — email hello@getsmartpromo.com with the URL and the correct information. We aim to fix within 48 hours and mark the page's "Verified" date accordingly.
